Hi! Today i am sharing this ‘you’re my people CAS’ project

I saw the post from MFT on Instagram with the announcement that the ‘Card Design Superstar’ contest 2020 will start.
I was way to late last year, so when i saw this i knew i had to create a card fast hahaha.
With this card, i will participate in the ‘clean and simple genius’ category.
I stamped, with MFT -extreem black hybrid ink, and cutted the cute critters from MFT -better together stamp set. How cute are they?!
I didn’t want to color with my Spectrum Noir Markers or my Waterbrushes or colored pencils.
I wanted them to look very soft.
I have my Palette Pastels from Jane Davenport a while but had not used them much on these kind of stamps. No idea why not because i am in love with it atm hahaha.
I add these colors with Jane Davenport baton blenders (dual foam tip applicators).
I arranged the critters on my card panel.
This way i knew where the would be and i knew where to add some Distress Oxide ink tumbled glass.
I ink blended the top and bottom, very soft handed.
I placed the critters on the card panel with foam squares. And snipped the bottoms off.
I heat embossed the sentiment ‘you’re my people’ from The same stampset on black cardstock.
I used WOW opac bright white embossing powder.
Created a rectangle and placed it on the card panel with foam squares.
I placed the card panel with double sided foam tape on the card base.
For some shine i glued a few sequins here and there.
