watercolored bunny card

Hello! Today i am sharing this ‘watercolored bunny’ project

This is my first card that i am sharing as a DT member for the new Missees line, designed by Karin Joan for Studio Light.

I started with stamping all the cute bunnies on the card panel. The bunny stamp is from Karin Joan’s Missees -stampset stampkj10
I used Vaessen Creative -florence watercolor paper smooth white for it. And My Favorite Things extreme black hybrid ink.
This, because i wanted to watercolor the bunnies.
This ink will not react, ones it is dry, with water or alcohol.
I also stamped one on a little watercolor cardstock apart.
I colored them all with a brush, water and Karin Brushmarkers Pro. Love to color this way ๐Ÿ™‚
I did use alot of water to soften down the intensity of the colors from the Brushmarkers.
It gives such a nice soft look.

Ones it all was dry, i arranged the bunny (that i fussycutted) on the card panel.
This way i knew where i wanted to watercolor the background from that bunny. I used some blue and green for it.
After it was dry i placed the bunny with foam squares on the card panel.

I stamped the sentiment ‘omdat je zo lief bent’ from Karin Joan’s Missees -stampkj10 stampset, on the card panel. I used the same MFT ink.

For a little contrast in color, i stamped the little heart from Karin Joan’s -basicsdckj03 die set, with Distress Oxide ink abandoned coral. I used some Ranger Glossy Accents on it to give it a little shine.
