warm fuzzies flip heart card

Hi! Today i am sharing this ‘warm fuzzies flip heart’ project

With this card i am entering the Create a Smile sketch challenge on their blog!

I inked some of my card panel with Distress Oxide twisted citron and the stencil from Create a Smile -lot of stars.

I die cut 5 times the stitched heart on white cardstock.
I heat embossed three of them with the little snowflake stamp from Create a Smile -cool buddies. I inked them with Distress Oxide tumbled glass. On the embossed hearts i used Hero Arts -Hero Hues- unicorn ink to soften  the blue.
I scored a line at the two hearts, which i stamped with the sentiments from Create a Smile -cool buddies. I placed double sided tape on the small scored pieces. I placed the other hearts on them. Now the two hearts can flip open. I glued them on the card panel. But make sure to place the scored lines hanging over, so they can open. I used foam squares for one heart.

I stamped the pinguïns from Create a Smile -cool buddies on white cardstock. I colored them with Spectrum Noir Markers. I added some high-lights with the Sakura Gelly Roll pen -white.
I fussycut them out and arranged them on/around the hearts.

I heat embossed the ‘warm fuzzies’ on black cardstock with WOW -opac bright white.
I fussycut this and glued it on a piece of silver glitter cardstock. I did some fussycutting on that too. I glued it on the heart.

I punched some hearts from silver glitter cardstock and glued them on the panel.

I placed the card panel on my card base with double sided foam tape.
