Hi! Today i am sharing this ‘sketch birthday wishes’ project
First i want to share with you that i am in the Challenge Design Team for Create A Smile Stamps!! I am super excited that i will be joining this amazing team for the next 6 months!
I started with the striped panel.
I created on white cardstock a panel that would have the meausurments i want.
I created 5 strips, because i had 5 colors i wanted to use. I didn’t cut them all even. Liked it this way. I glued them on another piece of cardstock.
I placed it (later) on the card base with double sided foam tape.
I die cut the coffee cup and mug from Create A Smile Stamps -cool cuts-coffee collection.
I colored them with Spectrum Noir Markers and i added some Nuvo embossing powder- gold enchantment glitter, on some parts.
I die cut a heart on vellum. I arranged the coffee cup and mug on the vellum heart with foam squares.
I glued a little white heart, from the same coffee cup die, on the vellum heart.
I placed this all on the striped panel with foam squares.
I die cut the word ‘birthday’ from Create A Smile Stamps -cool cuts-birthday triple, on black cardstock. 3 times.
I glued them together and glued it on the striped panel.
I stamped with Versafine onyx black ink the word ‘wishes’ from Create A Smile Stamps -from my nest. I placed some pieces of sticky notes on this stamp, because i only wanted to stamp the ‘wishes’ word. After i stamped it on the ink pad, i removed the sticky notes and this way i had only inked the word.
I inked a piece of the card base with Distress Oxide ink spun sugar. I marked the place where my striped panel would be, so i knew where to add the ink.I used a circle stencil to create some circles, like the bokeh effect. I used white ink from Hero Arts -hero hues-unicorn.
I used my circle punches to punch out some circles. I used gold glitter wrapping paper for it.
I glued them on the card base.
