Hi! Today i am sharing this ‘happy day cactus’ project
I placed a white card panel, with double sided foam tape on the card base.
I cutted a piece of blue paper from Lawn Fawn -hello sunshine remix paper pack.
I am not good with pattern papers. Dont know why hahaha. But i always love the colors and patterns. Happy i have used it now!
I glued it on the white card panel.
I die cut the frame from The Stamp Market -scalopped frame dies. I placed it on the blue panel with foam squares.
I die cut the heart from Lawn Fawn -heart shaker gift tag, out of white cardstock and one out of pattern paper from the same paper pack.
I inked the frame with Distress Oxide ink spun sugar. I glued it on the basic frame.
I die cutted the xoxo pieces twice out of white cardstock and glued them both on the heart. Love different dimensions on a card!
I added a neutral thread at the top and wiggled it under the white frame. This way the heart can stay loose and gives a fun extra touch.
I stamped the adorable cactus from Lawn Fawn -year ten, on white cardstock a d colored it with Spectrum Noir Markers.
I also added the little flower on top.
I placed the cactus on the card with foam squares, and glued the middle part on the frame.
I stamped ‘happy’ from Lawn Fawn -plane and simple with Versafine onyx black ink on white cardstock. I created a rectangle and glued it on the blue panel.
I die cut the letters ‘day’ twice, from Lawn Fawn -oliver stitched abc’s. I inked the top letters with Distress Oxide inks spun sugar, tumbled glass and salty ocean. I popped them.on the card with foam squares.
For some sparkle i used a Nuvo aqua shimmer pen on parts of the cactus.
