Hello! Today i am sharing this ‘happy birthday cups’ project
With this card i am entering the Create a Smile sketch challenge on their blog!
I started die cutting the three hexagons from Crealies -crea nest lies.
I placed them on my card panel with double sided foam tape.
I inked a piece of white cardstock with Distress Oxide twisted citron. I die cut two times the top of The Stamp Market -botanical beauty on it.
I also die cut the top twice on cardstock that i heat embossed with Nuvo embossing powder -gold enchantment glitter.
I placed them on the hexagon with glue.
I die cut the coffee cup from Create a Smile -Cool Cuts coffee collection, three times on white cardstock. I colored a few pieces from the cups with Spectrum Noir Markers.
I trimmed three pieces of white cardstock down the size, a bit smaller than the coffee cup. I used double sided tape on them and taped the cups on them. For one cup i die cut the little heart on the same gold heat embossed piece of cardstock. I glued it on the heart.
I glued two cups with glue and one with foam squares on the bottom hexagon.
I trimmed two little rectangles from white cardstock. I inked one with distress oxide worn lipstick. I stamped ‘happy’ on one from SSS -tiny words. I drew a few lines on them so they looked like little envelopes. I glued the pink one on the white one. I placed them on the hexagon with a foam square.
I die cut the word ‘birthday’ from Create a Smile -Cool Cuts birthday triple three times on black cardstock. I glued them together. Then i glued it on the card base.
I used the black inner portians (circles) from ‘birthday’ and glued them here and there on the panel, around the hexagons.
I glued three soft pink enemal dots on the card. Got them as a gift at my order from Create a Smile.
I glued a black striped cardstock at the left side of the card base.
I placed the card panel on the card base with double sided foam tape.
