I started with the super sparkly panel.
I ink blended Distress Oxide inks cracked pistachio, tumbled glass and faded jeans.
I added Nuvo Glimmer Paste -moonstone with a spatula. I let this dry for a few hours.

I die cut three little clouds from JoyCrafts on white cardstock. I added also some Nuvo Glimmer Paste -moonstone with a spatula on them. I let these dry too for a few hours.

I stamped the two cute snowman and the two cute pinguïns  from Create A Smile -cool buddies, with Versafine onyx black ink on some white cardstock. I colored them with Spectrum Noir Markers and added some high-lights with Sakura Gelly Roll pens black and white. I fussycutted them all out.

I inked a strip of white cardstock with Distress Oxide inks tumbled glass and faded jeans.
I also created a strip of vellum. I glued the vellum on the inked strip, where the images would go on. So you wont see any glue.

I placed the panel on the card base with double sided foam tape. I added the strip with double sided foam tape on the panel and on this strip i added the images with foam squares.
I placed the little clouds on the panel with foam squares.

I heat embossed the ‘merry christmas’ from Create A Smile -cool buddies with WOW embossing powder -opac bright white, on black cardstock.
I was not happy with the black color of the strip so i toned it down by inking some Distress Oxide ink faded jeans on it. That worked great. I placed the sentiment with glue on the card base.

I added three sequins with three blue rinestones on the card. Glued them with Ranger Glossy Accents.
