Hi! Today i am sharing this ‘flying by birthday shaker’ project
I started with the card panel. I stamped the three balloons from Lawn Fawn – with Versafine onyx black ink.
I also stamped one balloon on a yellow tacky note paper. I fussycutted the balloon. I also kept the outside of the balloon. Used it later on.
I die cut three circles out of a piece of cardstock. This way i created my own stencil.
I inked the card panel with Distress Oxide inks tumbled glass, bundled sage and worn lipstick.
I used the stencil and create little circles. A little bit like the bouquet technique.
I used the yellow note paper to place it in the balloons if i want to ink a circle there.
I die cut circles inside the balloons with a circle die from Nellie’s Choice nested circle dies.
I want to create shakers of them.
I placed the outside of the yellow note paper around the stamped balloons. This way i could ink the inside of the balloons. I used Distress Oxide inks tumbled glass, bundled sage and worn lipstick. I also inked the card base behind the balloons in the same colors.
I glued a piece of acetate behind the balloons.
I used a double layer of double sided foam tape at the back of my card panel. And all around the balloons.
I used my anti static tool at the inside of the balloons.
For the shaker parts i used beads and some tiny sequins.
I placed the card base on top of the card panel.
Now i had balloon shakers.
I stamped all the images from the Lawn Fawn -really high five stamp set and run it through my brother ScanNCut cm900.
I colored the cute critters with Spectrum Noir Markers.
I placed them on the card panel with foam squares. I also glued the strings on the card panel.
I heat embossed the sentiments on black cardstock, with WOW opac bright white embossing powder.
I placed them on the card panel with foam squares.
