Hey! Today i am sharing this ‘flamingo christmas wishes’ project
I started with the card panel. I die cut the three christmas trees from Card Deco Essentials -christmas tree nesting dies.
I drew some marks on my card base where the trees were comming. This way i knew where i wanted the ink.
I inked the card base with Distress Oxide inks candied apple, spiced marmalade, squeezed lemonade, twisted citron, peacock feathers and wilted violet. I covered this with a nice layer of Nuvo Glimmer Paste -moonstone.
The shine! It’s so pretty when the light hits it!
I let this dry for a couple of hours.
I inked the border from my card base with Distress Oxide ink peacock feathers.
I placed the card panel on the card base with double sided foam squares.
I stamped three flamingo’s from Paperie Ink -Fla La La Mingo stampset on white cardstock.
I colored them with Ecoline brushpens.
I added some high-lights with a white Sakura Gelly Roll pen. I used my Brother ScanNCut cm900 to cut them. I placed them on the card panel with foam squares.
I heat embossed the sentiment from Paperie Ink -Happy Holi-yay stampset on black cardstock. I used WOW -opac bright white embossing powder. I created a strip and placed it on my card panel with foam squares.
