february wow challenge card 1

Hi! Today i am sharing one of my cards for the February WOW challenge – ‘Coffee Break’

I will show you some cards this month with WOW Embossing products for a card with the theme tea/coffee.

Started with stamping the flowers from Ellen Hutson -everyday doodles by Julie, on the card panel. I used Pinkfresh Studio ink: ballet slippers, lemon ship and mint. Stamped the outline with Versafine onyx black ink.

*I stamped the little hearts from Ellen Hutson -over it by Julie, around the flowers.
I used the WOW! Embossing pad and the WOW! Trios -pick me up.
I first heat embossed with Minty (WS297R)
Then i heat embossed with Punch (WS298R)
And at last I heat embossed with Grey (WS296R)*
It gives the card a lovely little extra!

*i heat embossed the rainbow from Ellen Hutson -over it by Julie. I used a mix of the three colors from WOW Embossing powder trios -pick me up.
I just sprinkled a little bit of all colors on the rainbow! How fun is that 🙂
You can not put the powder that you flick of, back in the bottle, but if you use a little it does not matter right?!! It gives a fun effect when the powders run through eachother *

I stamped and die cut the bear from Ellen Hutson -all inside by Julie.
I also stamped and die cut a few times the coffee cup from Ellen Hutson -everyday doodles by Julie. For the solid stamp i used Pinkfresh Studio ink peach fuzz and persimmon.
I arranged them together with glue and placed them on the card panel with foam squares.

I stamped the sentiment from Ellen Hutson -over it by Julie, with Versafine onyx black ink on the card panel.

I glued the card panel on a black card panel and glued it on the card base.

WOW! has generously given me a 10 discount code for you to use when you shop at the WOW! store UK/US. You can use this code when you check out : WOWDTDDI
