Hi! Today i am sharing this ‘dance all night’ slider project
I am Guest Designing this card for Penguin Palace stamps
I started with the background panel.
I taped purple tape on the white cardstock in a triangle angle. I started inking the middle in rainbow colors. I used Distress Oxide inks picked raspberry, spiced marmalade, squeezed lemonade, twisted citron, faded jeans, shaded lilac and wilted violet.
Then i added on the rainbow colors the purple tape and at the left side i used Distress Oxide ink spun sugar and at the right i used Distress Oxide ink soft handed, wilted violet.
Then i used the stencil from Penguin Palace stamps -Penguin Perfect Patterns -Rain of hearts. I added it on both sides with Distress Oxide ink spun sugar. I taped the parts off that i didn’t want in that color.
I placed the stencil over the rainbow colors and inked the hearts with the same color.
I die cutted a slider shape out of the card panel. I used the inner piece to glue it on my card base. Behind the open area where they slide.
I stamped three times the cute doggies and the disco light ball from Penguin Palace stamps -fun night out, on white cardstock. I colored them with Spectrum Noir Markers and fussy cutted them.
I arranged the three doggies on a small piece of white cardstock.
This way i could easaly place them on the slider piece.
I placed the card panel on the card base with a double layer of double-sided foam tape. This will make the slider piece slide better.
I stamped the sentiment and three music notes with Versafine onyx black ink on the card panel.
I added some sequins to give the card sparkle.
