bloom stamped background card

Hi! Today i am sharing this ‘bloom stamped background’ project

I started with the shape of the card. I wanted to create a slimline card.
I created it with white cardstock.

I inked the sides from the card base with Distress Oxide inks worn lipstick, spun sugar, twisted citron, tumbled glass and peacock feathers.

I stamped alot of the flowers and leaves on the card panel, from the stamp sets from the Blooming collection from Karin Joan, Studio Light. I used Versafine onyx black ink for it.
I don’t over think these things, i just take what i like and stamp it. A background like this does not take a lot of time for me and i find it very relaxing.
I placed this panel on the card base with double sided foam tape.

I die cut the word ‘bloom’ three times on white cardstock.
I inked up one piece.
I used Distress Oxide inks worn lipstick, spun sugar, twisted citron, tumbled glass and peacock feathers.
I glued it on the the card panel.

I heat embossed the sentiment with WOW opac bright white embossing powder on a pie e of white cardstock.
I also inked this strip with the same colors of ink.
I placed the strip on the card panel with foam squares and used my t-ruler to get it straight.

For some shine i added a few sequins on the card panel.
