Bee happy interactive card

Hey! Today i am sharing this ‘bee happy’ interactive project

I inked some Distress Oxide spun sugar, with a make-up brush, on white cardstock. I splattered some Distress Oxide, picked rasberry, and some water together with a brush on my card.

I stamped with Versafine onyx black ink the big ‘don’t worry’ stamp from Create a Smile stamps –Don’t Worry in the center of my card.

I stamped some bees from Pretty Pink Posh -Bee Friends with Versafine onyx black ink on white cardstock. I colored the bees with Spectrum Noir markers. I used the colors LY1, LY2, LY3, IG3, GR3, TN1 and true black. I added with my Sakura white and black gelly roll pen some details. I added Ranger Glossy Accents on the wings for some shine. I fuzzy cut them.

I used two of my circle dies from Nellie’s Multi frame’s die set. I used the smallest one to die cut little circles on my card where i wanted my three largest bees to be. So there are three little circle holes in my card now. I used one size bigger die to die cut three circles from white cardstock. I added three thick foam squares in the center of these circles. I placed them under my card, so the foam suares are in the center of the three holes of my card. I added my three bees on top of the foam squares. Now the three bees are attached on my card and spin around. In the next picture you can see the back side of the card. I added some metal circles with Ranger Glossy Accents on the back of the circles so the bees slide better.

I added a double layer foam squares on the back of this card. Just be aware that you don’t want to be to close to the circles. They still need to slide around.

I added the two little bees with foam squares on the card.

I added three sequins on the card for some extra sparkle with Ranger Glossy Accents. I also added this in the center of the sequins.

If you want to see the card in action…i posted this card with a short video on my instagram!
