Beary birthday card

Hey! Today i am sharing this ‘beary birthday’ project

Started with the card panel. I stamped the ‘birthday’ from Honey Bee Stamps – happy birthday on white cardstock. I used Distress Oxide inks tattered rose, spun sugar, worn lipstick, picked raspberry and candied apple. I made this in an ombre look.

I stamped the oh-so-cute bear from Ellen Hutson – Essentials by Ellen -all inside, with Versafine onyx black ink on white cardstock.
I die cut the bear with the matching die.
I gave the bear some high-lights with Spectrum Noir Markers..but in the end you will hardly see it hahaha.
I added a little bow on her head and drew a bracelet.

I die cut the coffee cup from Create A Smile Stamps -cool cuts coffee collection, twice.I used gold glitter embossed cardstock and white. I colored the white with a Spectrum Noir Marker.
I arranged them in the arms of the bear.

I die cut the botanical beauty from The Stamp Market, twice on white cardstock. I inked them with Distress Oxide ink twisted citron. I placed them on my card panel with glue.

I die cut the stitched heart and inked it with Distress Oxide picked raspberry.

I die cut a scallop circle  from vellum with a MFT -stitched mini scallop circle stax die.
I arranged the bear (with foam squares) and the heart on the vellum.
Now i placed the vellum on my card panel. I used double sided tape behind the bear and heart, so you wont see any tape showing on the vellum.

Behind the panel, at the left side, i glued a strip of black and white striped  cardstock.

I placed the card panel on the card base with double sided foam tape.

For some extra finishing touch i dropped a few Nuvo Crystal Drops –antique rose here and there.
